2008 South Sound "Non" Fun-Run

Mostly a non-event, the 2008 South Sound Fun-Run was plagued with incessant rain and scrutiny by the local Coast Guard. Participants finally got underway in the early afternoon, but by then everyone was sufficiently spooked to prevent any organized activity. We did spend a very pleasant day cruising the Sound on the forty-foot Regal, and caught brief glimpses of fast boats in the distance, but all-in-all, the photo-ops were few and far between. Maybe I'll experience better success on New Year's Day!
